I love videos like this. I just got this album heart beat city Man.. the first two tracks I have not heard before.,, but they’re good. These guys are awesome. Loving your commentary. The half time in this song is so lifting. Cheers
Thanks a lot for that Tim! Now it clicked in my head how those three pieces connect to each other! Nice way to make real and productive work with genAi.
😂 I agree with you Tim, me too, shift to marketing, it's unbelievable what are they doing, every month new changes, new names
thanks Tim
Great lesson Tim!
Thanks, Omar! I'm glad you liked it.
It was really helpful.. Thank you so much ❤
You're so welcome! I'm glad the vid's still helpful after 3 years! Kindest regards, Tim
I've been in IT for the past 30 years, still at it, but am planning to retire in 2025 and start doing something fun for a change. Healthcare IT is a grind and am just tired of the 'round the clock support mentality.
I got tired of the long hours, low pay, offshorung, training my H1 replacement etc after the last layoff I tossed my engineering degree in the trash and took a custodian job.
This is great content Tim. Useful, actionable, and enlightening.
Thanks Tim
I get paid extra because I signed an exclusivity clause so this is impossible
I’m grateful you don’t need my guidance on this topic.
Good perspective. Keep warm!

With thighs as thick as yours, do you really feel that shorts 🩳 are the appropriate… ?
Hopefully your first and last video on this channel
It’s my own RUclips channel, so I can confirm it’s not my first video. Will it be the last? Highly doubtful. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Didn’t know you play guitar Tim… Amazing! I play the saxophone 🎷 and that’s what I do when I’m not architecting things in Azure 😂😂. Man I think music is so important, no matter the genre. The fact you can appreciate the solos you hear and the things that solo reminds you, etc. that’s awesome!
Thank you so much for the advice 🙏
Thanks Tim. Best wishes for you.
I would definitely say that having or being in college/university when applying for internships, apprenticeships, and/or jobs helps a lot. especially getting through the screening phase. In my current internship, every single person was or had completed university/college. A lot of the material I learned while going to school was like a primer and now that I am hands-on at this internship, that material I learned sticks a lot quicker. While the degree got me the interview, having the ability to be personable and fitting the required skills they were looking for got me the internship. Definitely, studying the CompTIA material to maybe get it if need be. But acquiring valuable experience, as I have seen so far is the most important in demonstrating off paper you know what you are doing and convincing your potential employer to give you a shot.
Hey Tim, how does this apply today? Is it similar?
I need to update this video. Today I recommend MeasureUp or a solid, well reviewed Udemy practice test. I don’t trust Whizlabs’ accuracy any more.
@@TechTrainerTim Okay yeah cause iv seen online that sometimes the answers on Whizlabs are straightup wrong.. Would you still recommend Whizlabs for their Hands-on Labs? They are relatively cheap, and seem easy to follow but idk.
Thank you Tim. You are an inspiration
Thank you for sharing, Tim! I am grateful for your awesome teaching skills 😎
Quite a timely video as today a sudden and unexpected case of self doubt fell upon me, next time I can use this different approach to handle it.
Brilliant stuff Tim, you got a new subscriber .. very relatable and human.
Thanks a lot! And thank you for subscribing. :)
Are you planning to release a video course on Pluralsight for Github Actions?
Defiantly putting this on my next to get cert, thx Tim!
Thanks Tim!
Audio is good, but video is jumpy, but acceptable.
Thanks, Carlos. Will fix for next time
The video is very jumpy, like it's missing frames.
Ok. Thanks.
Tim, can you do a video on your desk and room setup?
I heard similar for AWS interviews too. Would love to see more of such videos on behavioural and other aspects for cloud interviews.
Will do, thanks! I have experience with AWS interviews too.
New subscriber! As I start out on my own IT and Microsoft ecosystem journey its great to connect with a pro like yourself! I'm into Microsoft Power Platform myself.
Sorry to hear about your personal life upheavals. May it soon settle and I would like more of IT straight talk soon.
And yes, talk about your new lessons you have been sleeping to so we can learn for your goof ups!
Hey Tim, unfortunate what you're going through with your relationship status. Funny enough, I seriously thought you might be on the spectrum before you mentioned it (I think these things affect relationships more than we realize) I want you to know that in a way you're my IT hero, and no I won't get all fanboy on you! 😝. I started back in the day with your Oracle 11g courses on CBT nuggets and I was hooked to your style of teaching. You have a way of teaching that I truly believe is severely lacking in the IT space nowadays. For that I commend you. Keep your head up, and don't dim your light for anyone. Your value is immensely appreciated by those of us who thirst for your level of intellect.
I don't see the PDf on the website now. Anything changed?
Thanks
Wow those tips, completely boost me for an interview Tomorrow
Aw, that's awesome! Thanks for sharing. All the best for your interview.
You didn't really talk about entry lvl jobs that I can sneak into
If you’re planning to sneak that tells me you have no confidence in your own abilities. That would be step one to sort out if I were you.
Is the az, dp 900 or both worth it?
With all due respect to you Tim and Mr. Musk, you seem imply that the selective manipulation was new to Elon. Without confirming your accusation, it seems clear that the prior leaders were indeed manipulating the algorithm in the very manner you accuse him of. That is why something had to be done, and free speech has improved I suggest as a result of Elon's work. Just my two cents. We can disagree on the manner, and I have enjoyed this series greatly. Forgive me for commenting on this, I have greatly enjoyed others in the series.
Thanks Tim, this has been very helpful in preparing for the AZ900 exam
Thanks for the info! Have a fantastic day!
Hi Tim! Great video - I wonder if you could do one that looks at migrating a VM from VMWare Worksation Pro into Azure. I've made several attempts my self and can confirm I've gotten as far as a functional VM on Azure but it won't let me RDP in!!
Hello Tim. Congrats for the MVP award. I also got invited to MVP yesterday and joined for the first time in my career.
Greg Shields and Don Jones were the trainers on CBT Nuggets with Tim. I remember their courses on Sharepoint and such.
Congratulations for the award. Learn a lot from your Pluralsight courses.
Two more names I should have included as thanks in the video: Gregor Suttie and James Petty.
Well, deserved, I have been following you for quite a long time now! Its invaluable having people like you dedicated to help others become better, and that should be appreciated! <3 Fun fact, when I saw this post, I was watching you presenting on oreilly, watching the recorded question, if you remember I was NM with all the questions thrown at you. And I have to say, your voice reminds me a bit of Trump :P
Congratulations Tim for MVP award,🎉
Congratulations for MVP award! Your books are awesome and very informative. I just started your proxmox training on pluralsight :)
